These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Resume AI Enhancer mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by EvoLearns (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in an unauthorized manner.
2. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)
Resume AI Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.
- Subscription options: Monthly and Yearly (availability and pricing may vary by region).
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage/cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
- Free trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and are managed by Apple. We do not store your payment information.
3. Features and Output
The App may generate suggestions such as resume improvements, cover letter drafts, and interview practice materials. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or outcomes.
4. User Content
You may provide text such as resumes or job descriptions (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate the App and provide features to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by EvoLearns and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoLearns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
